More than just a fault code reader, the OmiNspect EOBD is a low cost, hand held diagnostic tool. With OmiNspect EOBD, you can interrogate the following emissions related fault data of EOBD enabled petrol and diesel engine management systems:

• EOBD Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC's).
• Freeze frame data.
• EOBD live data.
• O2 sensor tests.
• Non continuous tests (eg. catalyst test).
• Continuous tests (pending trouble codes).
• System readiness test.
• Vehicle specific information (eg. VIN).
• Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) status.

A tool set up menu enables you to configure the units displayed in the Live data and Freeze frame data as either imperial or metric. You can also select abbreviations or full text phrases for displayed data.

The OmiNspect EOBD kit comes with a 16 pin J1962 diagnostic cable harness.
