This one day course covers use of the GM Tech II (Vauxhall/Saab) diagnostic scan tool in conjunction with workshop information system. Course content includes the following main subjects:

release notes, help and support.

Workshop information system applications.
Software download/updates.
Tech II diagnostic menu functions.
Snap shot, graphing and live plo.
Snap shot/PC upload and analysis.
Security access.
Service Programming System.
Vehicle programming and configuration.
Workshop practical tasks.
Course summary and review.

The course is run by ex Saab Master Technician Tony Kitchen. Tony has worked with Tech II since its introduction in 1996. He has also provided manufacturer training for both Saab and Vauxhall, including new model launch, model year updates product technical training.
