Implementation of AK Training’s equal opportunities policy is carried out through a process of periodic assessment and review during its training programme. Written feedback is given to delegates at the end. They are also invited to give their own written feedback as to how well they feel the programme has benefited them and addressed their individual learning expectations.

AK Training treats people as individuals and encourages constructive debate and discussion about course content to enhance learning and develop initiative and understanding.
