Technical Training

AK Training supplies professional technical training and development services at competitive rates to clients, attending venues as far afield as Perth, Belfast, Bristol and Kent. Training can be delivered both on site and regionally as required.

With a premium brand technical background, AK Training has a vast working knowledge covering a range of current motor vehicle technologies both electrical and mechanical. This enables AK Training to take a dynamic hands on approach to training both in the classroom and workshop, thereby maximising the benefit to course delegates and giving value for money to clients. AK Training has particular specialities in the following subject areas:

• Vehicle electrics from basic principles to practical circuit testing and advanced electrical systems diagnosis.
• Petrol and diesel engine management diagnostics including gasoline direct injection and common rail.
• CAN bus and integrated systems technologies and diagnostics.
• Body electrics.
• Workshop information systems.
• Diagnostic equipment including scan tools, test instruments and oscilloscopes.

AK Training has also delivered new model launch training for two leading European brands and piloted the delivery of numerous advanced level courses as the lead training provider for a major global manufacturer.

Course Development

The following course research and development services are available from AK Training:

• Course development and writing of lesson specifications
• Preparation of course documents and handouts
• Hands on vehicle research and the development of worksheets and practical activities
• Writing of final assessments and marking criteria
• Development of presentaion materials including animated Power point slideshows

AK Training works closely with clients in preparing quality training course materials. Corporate and brand logo's are applied to suit client requirements and all materials finalized as a complete package on CD.

On Site Training Sending technicians away on training courses can be costly and inconvenient. AK Training has extensive experience of preparing and delivering training on site at clients premises both in the UK and overseas (including to venues involving long haul flight destinations). AK Training will plan, develop, prepare and deliver a comprehensive and complete training package tailored to the specific requirements of individual clients. This includes the supply of all course materials, tools and equipment (including test tools, diagnostic equipment, laptop PC's for training purposes, workshop and technical information systems), as well as provide a vehicle; effectively bringing the whole course to the client.
